Exam Structure

  • The PMP exam consists of 180 questions across three domains:
  • People: Managing teams and interpersonal skills (42%).
  • Process: Technical project management skills (50%).
  • Business Environment: Aligning projects with organizational strategy (8%).
The exam duration is 230 minutes.
